Design Process & Approval

Each belly cast and sculptures is a custom, handcrafted piece. All designs are created based on the customer's requests and are subject to artistic interpretation. Exact replication of reference images, colors, or concepts is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for reviewing, confirming, and approving all design details prior to the start of any work. Updates will be provided throughout the process to keep you informed, and all colors and design elements will be discussed prior to completion. Due to the nature of handcrafted artwork, slight blemishes, textures, or imperfections may be present. Once painting or decorative elements have been completed, changes cannot be made. All materials are selected and purchased by Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC to ensure quality and consistency. Customer provided materials will not be used.

 

Communication & Timelines

Updates and completion timelines will be communicated via text or email. Timely communication from the customer is required throughout the design process. Completion times may vary depending on the complexity and level of detail of the design. Belly cast projects may take up to 12 weeks to complete. Design changes, delays in responses, or additional requests may extend this time frame.

 Existing / Customer-Provided Casts

For previously made or customer-provided belly casts, final results may vary depending on the condition and structure of the original piece. Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural limitations

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full or as agreed prior to the start of any work. Payments are primarily processed through our secure Wix checkout. Alternative payment methods, including Cash app, Venmo, or Paypal, may be available upon request.

Shipping

Shipping and packaging costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid shipping labels must be provided to Angiesartandbellycasting@hotmail.com for each box required after products are completed. Orders that include multiple items, such as the belly cast and frame, will require separate labels for each box. Packaging costs are not in the initial purchase and may be invoiced separately upon completion of the order, if applicable. For valuable or irreplaceable items, such as belly casts, the purchase of shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Please be aware that all shipments carry a risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once your order is complete, you may choose to schedule a pickup if preferred. Once an order has been shipped, picked up, or delivered, Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC is no longer responsible for any damages, delays, or additional charges incurred by the shipping carrier. Shipping providers may apply additional fees after shipment or delivery, including adjustments for weight, dimensions, or service changes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be addressed directly with the shipping courier, as Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC has no control over or involvement in carrier-imposed fees. All items are sold without warranty.

Local Delivery Option (Florida Only)

For customers located within Florida, a local delivery option may be available upon request. Delivery is arranged independently, and pricing is determined based on distance and location. This option is offered as a convenience and is separate from standard shipping couriers. Availability and scheduling may vary.

Additional Charges

Any design changes or additions requested after payment has been made will result in additional charges. Materials and decorations are ordered specifically for each project and cannot be canceled or refunded. If a new design or decoration is requested after materials have been ordered, the customer is responsible for the full cost of new materials.

Storage Fee

Completed items must be picked up or have shipping arrangements finalized within seven days of completion. A storage fee of $6 per day may apply if items remain unclaimed. You will be notified prior to any storage fees being applied. All balances must be paid prior to pickup or shipment.​

Refunds & Exchanges

All custom products design services and digital products are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.  Due to the personalized nature of each order, all sales are final once payment has been made.  Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from changes in personal preference after the design has been approved. Any deposits or partial payments are non-refundable once work has begun. All items are sold without warranty.

Digital Artwork Terms

All digital artwork is provided as a high resolution file sized at 5208 x 4800 pixels, suitable for high-quality printing. Recommended print sizes may include common formats such as 8 x 10, 11 x 14, and similar ratio depending on cropping preferences. The file format available are JPEG and PNG files. This is a digital product only. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable file for personal use. Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, printer settings, and paper type.

Digital Artwork Refund Policy

 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

License & Copyright

 All artwork is the original creation and intellectual property of Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. By purchasing this digital file, you are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license for personal use only. This purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

Following actions are strictly prohibited:

•  Reselling the digital file.

•  Sharing, distributing, or transferring the file to others.

•  Uploading the file to any website or file-sharing platform.

•  Using the artwork for commercial purposes.

•  Modifying the artwork and redistributing it.

•  Claiming the design as your own.

•  Uploading or using the artwork on print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces, or product customization services for resale or commercial distribution.

Legal Notice

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal actions. This applies to all artwork and designs, including digital artwork and belly cast designs, created by Angie's Art and Belly Casting LLC, regardless of format or medium.
